Medication Spelling Improvements

We reviewed over 215 pieces of recent feedback and found that ~30-40% involved medication errors. We've heard you loud and clear: medication misspellings are frustrating.

Here's what we've done to tackle this issue:

  1.  Expanded Medication Dictionary: Our special dictionary now boasts approximately 145 medications specifically curated for behavioral health. This includes the latest FDA-approved drugs like Dextromethorphan-Bupropion (Auvelity), Esketamine (Spravato), and Brexanolone (Zulresso). Our specialized dictionary helps our AI model pay closer attention to the medications you most frequently prescribe and discuss.

  2.  Intelligent Alert System for Easily Confused Medications: To reduce the risk of confusion between similar-sounding medications (Fluvoxamine and Fluoxetine; Sertraline and Cetirizine; Lorazepam and Clonazepam), we have integrated an alert system. When these medications are mentioned, a notification will appear in your notes to prompt a verification check, enhancing accuracy and patient safety.

NEW: Integrated Therapy and Medication Management Template

In response to the needs of therapists who med-manage and psychiatrists who provide therapy, we have developed a new template that combines therapy sessions with medication management. You can select it before you start a visit, and you'll be ready to go.

NEW: Modules for Sleep and Medication Access

You'll notice new modules for Sleep and Medication Access in your Intake and Progress Note templates. These modules aim to enrich the comprehensiveness of our notes based on what you've told us needs to be included. Check out these new modules, and let us know what you think
