Mobile Terms of Service
JotPsych
Last updated: October 16th, 2025
Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel.
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS/RCS messages from SmartScribe Corp (doing business as JotPsych, “we,” “us”) to the mobile number you provide. Your use of the JotPsych mobile messaging service (the “Service”) constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms.
We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, changes to these Mobile Terms are effective when posted, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
Program scope and types of messages. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., account or appointment notifications). If you separately consent, you may also receive promotional messages (e.g., promotions, specials). Message frequency may vary based on your interactions and preferences. Msg & data rates may apply. See your mobile plan for details.
Consent not a condition of purchase. You do not need to sign up for this program to make any purchase. Your participation is voluntary.
Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to +1 (844) 232-7640. We also honor common variants such as stop, end, cancel, unsubscribe, and quit. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation text and then no further messages will be sent unless you later opt in again. If you are enrolled in multiple JotPsych messaging programs, you must opt out of each program separately where applicable.
Help. For help, text HELP to +1 (844) 232-7640 or email contact@jotpsych.com. We will respond with the program name and how to reach us for support.
RCS availability and delivery. RCS messages require compatible devices and carrier support. Where RCS is unavailable, we may deliver messages via SMS or MMS to ensure you receive important notices. All such messages are treated as “text messages” under these Terms.
Carriers not liable. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your responsibilities. You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you change or deactivate your number, you must re-enroll with your new number.
Vendors and service providers. We use telecommunications carriers and messaging service providers (e.g., Twilio, Inc.) to transmit and process messages solely as our service providers and under our instructions. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
No sale or sharing of mobile data for third-party marketing. We do not sell or “share” mobile numbers, consent records, or message content with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Privacy. We respect your privacy. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your information, including for SMS/MMS/RCS messaging, please see our Privacy Policy.
